You are so right about conflicting information being a big motivation killer to eating right and exercising. It’s hard to sort through all the data but it is very much a worthy cause. The benefits of living a healthy lifestyle far out way the alternative. Thanks for taking the time to blog about such an important issue facing Americans today.

Healthy eating is so important. Not only does it help you feel better and have more energy it also keeps you healthy and looking younger. It is a shame that more people do not take the time to eat right and enjoy the benefits of healthy dieting.

I think I’m not living healthier because I sleep very less due to overload of work. I work on internet for around 16 hours a day, around 3 or 4 hours for other things and around 4 or 5 hours for sleep.
This is a great blog those choosing to become healthy. Being healthy is very important for living a good and long life.

So good to find this site as I am really into healthy living. In fact just done an article on it on my new blog! I agree there is plenty of conflicting information out there and of course the big companies do not like it when ppl decide to stop eating unhealthy foods and choose rather to go the healthier route. Not good for their business.
Here in Australia more and more ppl are saying no to junk food and choosing organic or at least farm fresh fruit and vegies.
Farmers markets are expanding and not only is it good for our health, it is really helping our farmers as mostly they get paid very little by the big supermarkets for their products and yet the consumer has to pay sometimes up to 4 times what the farmer gets for the product!!!
By selling thru local markets, they charge a reasonable price and make a reasonable amount which means all are in a win-win situation.
